🚨 FINAL HOUR: Submission Deadline at 12:30 PM + Today's Schedule

Hi everyone! We've nearing the final hour before submissions close for the 2025 Design-a-thon!

🚨 SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 12:30 PM TODAY (no exceptions)

CRITICAL REMINDERS:

  • Submit ONLY through Devpost – no other submission methods will be accepted
  • Follow ALL submission requirements – non-compliant submissions will be disqualified
  • Your team must have 3-4 members (solo submissions not allowed)
  • All links must be publicly viewable with "http://" or "https://"
  • Include your case study, prototype link, and pitch video (max 3 min)
  • Required tools: Manus.AI (all teams) and Lovable (for Most Lovable category)
  • You must be present at the closing ceremony to claim your prize.

📅 TODAY'S SCHEDULE

12:30 PM – Submission Deadline (HARD CUTOFF)
1:30 PM - 4:00 PM – Judging (take a break, stretch, relax!)
3:30 PM – Refreshments from Fiftylan 
4:30 PM - 5:00 PM – Award Ceremony
5:05 PM – Group Photo!!
5:15 PM - 5:45 PM – Networking
5:45 PM – Event Ends

🏢 BUILDING ACCESS (Non-NYU Participants)

Re-entry windows:

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Building closes at 6:30 PM. Outside these windows, you must be accompanied by an NYU participant or email us at ux-club@itp.nyu.edu.
